Once I saw the pictures on the It’s A Wrap Cafe Instagram page, I knew I had to try it. The pictures boasted fresh local produce, delicious smoothies, a diverse menu (Including vegetarian/pescatarian selections), and uniquely crafted salads. So of course I had to go try it myself, and of course take a friend.

Located in a cozy business suite in Decatur, Georgia, It’s a Wrap Cafe definitely knows how to put its money where its mouth is!

Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by the cafe’s owner Felicia Fox. The cafe was small and intimate, yet comfortable. It had the hardest time deciding what to get because even though I am a pescatarian (vegetarian that occasionally eats meat), I still had many choices to pick from.

I eventually chose the Habanero Salmon Wrap and my friend ordered the Jerk Shrimp Wrap. Both of our wraps came with a choice of wrap, I chose Spinach, and he ordered the wheat. We then chose a side of chips, and then the fun part…the drinks. I had the Incredible Hulk (a frozen fruit blend of mango, pineapples, banana, spinach and fresh ginger), after tasting mine , he had to have one too….lol.

The whole experience was electric! The food was delicious. Light, yet satisfying. Delicious, and with no deep concern for nutritional analysis…lol. Even as a picky eater, I didn’t have to customize my order, and I could taste the unique balance of each ingredient. All without hurting our wallets…the prices are very reasonable compared to most healthy eating establishments in the Atlanta area. In additon, the staff was patient and friendly, the music was upbeat and the whole cafe was immaculate, including the restrooms.

Check out their menu here,  follow them on Facebook and Instagram, be sure to stop by, and tell Felicia that Brandi of Be Positive Media sent you (just in case you stop by and Im not there because I definitely will be frequenting this establishment!)
