The “I Conceive” Women’s Empowerment Weekend
On Friday, May 11 through Saturday, May 12, 2018, Accomplished Business Woman, International Speaker & Author, Ebony Ormond-Ham and Three Times A Lady, Inc., will present the Inaugural “I Conceive” Women’s Empowerment Weekend. The aim of the conference is to create a safe and transparent atmosphere for women of diverse backgrounds to come congregate and be empowered, motivated, healed, inspired, pampered and uplifted as they live out their ordained assignment on earth as a nurturer. Taking place at the Three Times A Lady Event Center, this conference will bring together empowering female leaders, inspirational speakers, financial specialists, life coaches and more to support, challenge, and lead attendees in the direction of becoming the women they desire to be. “I Conceive” will strive to restore hope to the 7.4 million women who receive infertility treatment when the path to parenthood is paved with obstacles and rough patches. Attendees will hear the inspirational testimony of conference host, Ebony Ormond-Ham, and her survival story after experiencing 14 miscarriages and nearly losing her life. “I Conceive” will serve as Ebony’s official release and signing for her new book, “The Woman, Her Business, Her God”. Ebony will share her experiences which motivated her to write her debut book. The conference is Ebony’s way of giving back to women who suffer in many areas of life including fertility, self doubt and emerging after painful experiences.

The conference’s featured keynote speaker for Friday will be Dr. Cindy Trimm – Empowerment speaker, author and advocate. She will speak to attendees about walking in their destiny beyond the boundaries of limitations. She will empower the women to move into their full purpose that God has for them.

The conference’s featured speaker for Saturday’s brunch will be Kristin Mize, LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her goal is to help and uplift all women in attendance who are struggling through any type of mental health issues.

Kristin Mize has been practicing in the mental health field since 2004.
She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient mental health units, psychiatric emergency rooms, and community mental health. These opportunities have allowed her to train under some of the most diverse and intense settings. Mize specializes in working with clients who are 18 years or older. Her passion lies in working with women in all stages of their adult life. One of her biggest goals as a mental health provider is to stand up to the stigma associated with mental illness for ANYONE struggling, so that people will feel more comfortable seeking help.
