Crystal Y. Davis Presented The Inaugural Executive Roundtable disruptHER Power Breakfast
On January 26, 2018 Executive leadership development coach, business process improvement consultant, and international speaker, Crystal Y. Davis, hosted the Inaugural Executive Roundtable disruptHER Power Breakfast. She brought together women from diverse organizations and top fortune 500 companies to discuss and bring forward strategies for combating sexual harassment in the workplace. During this invite only event filled with like-minded professional women from HR, Talent and Development, Information Technology and Engineering, attendees not only opened up about their own experiences but also had the opportunity to:
- Learn how to ADVANCE workplace communication and conversations about sexual harassment. Obviously, the training and approaches are outdated and ineffective!
- Provide their insights to promote healthy conversations to ensure women maintain their rightful place in the workplace and aren’t unconsciously penalized as a result of the movement.
- Participate in the challenge to bring conscious advocacy and information to your organization. How can we present a united and positive voice?
